Real Stories,

Two women participate in a jewelry-making session at a workshop, seated at a table with various jewelry supplies and decorations around them.

“Ty Wilde made our milestone birthday event engaging and memorable. Katie was great—super friendly, organized, and made everyone feel special during the experience. The jewelry is beautiful and the process was fun and easy. Highly recommend for any gathering or celebration!”

Eight hands displaying matching bracelets, arranged in a circle, against a backdrop of dark clothing.

“I had so much fun working with Katie for a permanent jewelry night with my bridesmaids the night before my wedding! She was super sweet, and we all had so much fun picking out our jewelry together. There were so many cute options at really good prices, and my bridesmaids loved everything. They still talk about how much fun it was even a year later!! I’d definitely recommend Ty Wilde Designs for any wedding event!!”

Four arms adorned with various minimalist bracelets, showcasing a mix of gold and colorful designs against a grassy background.

“Everything I rock these days is from Ty Wilde! From my layered necklaces, bracelet stack, rings, and anklet- everything is not only durable, but dainty enough to make me feel beautiful and put together. The quality and variety feel so high end- but affordable enough that I can keep adding to my collection.”

FAQs

What is permanent jewelry?
Permanent jewelry is a piece of jewelry (usually a bracelet, anklet, or necklace) that is welded together rather than using a standard clasp to add strength and longevity to your piece. It is often made from 14K gold, sterling silver, or stainless steel.

How long does it take to get permanent jewelry?
The actual welding process only takes about 2 minutes. Plan on 15-20 minutes total per person to pick out your pieces, measure your fit, and attach.

How resilient is the jewelry to normal, day-to-day activity?
Extremely resilient! You can shower, swim, work-out, and go about your day and hardly notice it’s there. It may take about a week to get used to the feeling of having something on your skin at all times.

What if my jewelry breaks?
Just keep your chain and I will re-weld it at no cost to you (same goes for if you want to remove). If the chain is lost altogether, you will need to purchase a replacement.

What if I want to remove my jewelry?
You can simply cut the chain at the weld joint with scissors and store the chain in a safe place. When you’re ready to have it reattached, I will happily re-weld it for you at no cost.

What does gold fill mean? How is this different from solid gold?
Gold fill is a process that uses much more 14K gold than its less expensive (and less durable) counterpart, gold plated. The gold is also heat bonded to the base alloy, resulting in a hypoallergenic gold product that does not tarnish or fade. While solid gold continues to increase in price, gold fill is a great, affordable option, while still maintaining that lasting, timeless look and feel.
